WHAT'S CREATIVE COACHING?

Do you feel stuck? Do you have an idea, a project, or a change you want to make, but you don’t know where to start? Or do you find yourself postponing, procrastinating, and looking for the right motivation without ever really taking that first step? This is where my approach comes in: no more “one day I’ll do it,” but “I’m doing it.

 

Coaching is a process that helps you gain clarity, create a concrete action plan, and take action. It’s not therapy, it’s not consulting—it’s a journey that puts you at the centre, helping you develop practical strategies to achieve your goals.

My approach is proactive and results-oriented: it’s not just about talking about your dreams, but about creating a plan to make them happen.

WHAT'S MINDFULNESS?

If coaching helps you move in the right direction, mindfulness allows you to enjoy the journey.

Mindfulness is much more than just a stress-reduction technique. It’s a way of living with greater awareness, creating space to observe our thoughts, emotions, and reactions without judgment. I don’t teach mindfulness as a “guru,” but as a person—as a human being who has personally experienced the benefits of this practice.

I teach mindfulness using the principles of compassion, an approach that encourages kindness toward yourself and others. My practice is based on the Breathwork UK methodology, which combines breath awareness with deep relaxation techniques.

​

There are many myths about mindfulness that need to be debunked: it’s not about escaping difficulties or emptying your mind, but about facing challenges with calmness and openness. As a teacher, my goal is to guide you toward being more present in your life, managing stress more consciously, and becoming more in tune with yourself.
